This blog is not just “about me”. It’s about you also. It’s about being able to work if and when you want and spending time with the family. It’s ablout not having to worry about when the next paycheck is coming in.

At least that’s my goal.

Currently I am a mortgage planner with a well known company in my area. As I write this, the mortgage business is very hard on a lot of people. In fact, there are only about 200,000 loan originators remaining in the US (at last count) compared to the 520,000 just 18 months ago.

I don’t want to have to depend on the economy and the government to make a living. Although I have a good marketing plan and am doing OK, there is so much more that I could be doing outside of the mortgage industry.

Join me as I venture into the world of the internet and learn more about how to develop a steady income, with a system, even when I am not physically present. I’d like to have people sending me money while I sleep and I’m sure you would also. I’m willing to work for it and provide much more value that what they pay me, but I want to do it when I choose and at my pace.
